I’m Caroline, an Executive Coach and Mentor (ICF Associate Certified Coach and IECL Accredited Organisational Coach), and I work exclusively with senior leaders in commercial businesses. I spent 20 years at ALDI in operations and commercial roles across the UK and Australia, finishing as Managing Director of ALDI Western Australia, where I led a $450m business with around 850 people. I sat on the executive team reporting to the CEO, was the inaugural Chair of the National D&I Committee, and helped set global people strategy on ALDI’s International HR Committee. I know what it feels like to carry a big role, navigate a complex organisation and lead under real pressure while raising two kids, because I’ve done it. I also know that the more senior you get, the fewer people you can think out loud with, whether you’re working through a tough call, a tricky team or simply how to lead better. That’s why I do this work. WORKING WITH ORGANISATIONS A lot of my work is funded by the businesses that back their leaders. Usually it’s a CEO, MD or people leader who wants to hang on to someone they can’t afford to lose, or get a technically brilliant executive ready for a much bigger job. That might be one leader, or several across a leadership team, each with their own confidential coaching. I also run group coaching and workshops for senior teams online. WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS My 1:1 coaching and mentoring is for senior leaders who want a confidential thinking partner with real commercial experience. We usually start with six months together, and go from there. No workbooks, no frameworks forced onto you and no vague outcomes. Just clear thinking, honest challenge and the perspective of someone who’s actually been in the rooms you’re sitting in.
