World Retail Congress 2027

World Retail Congress 2027 takes place at the Marriott in Milan from 10–12 May. Registration options include individual retailer passes, two-person retailer packages, seven-person leadership team packages and non-retailer passes for suppliers, technology companies, consultancies, agencies and service providers. Retailer early bird prices are £1,850 for one delegate, £3,450 for two delegates and £10,000 for seven delegates, available until 20 November 2026. Non-retailer registration costs £7,750 and is available until 12 May 2027; it includes full Congress access but excludes store tours.
