Managed by Inside Retail and Octomedia, the Retailer Awards recognise retailers at the forefront of customer experience excellence across Australia and New Zealand. Nominations open on 14 October 2026 and close on 3 December 2026. Categories cover CX innovation, in-store and online customer service, unified retail, store design, online stores, loyalty, customer service teams, industry partners and CX leadership. Finalists will be announced on 14 January 2027, with winners announced on 25 February 2027. The page states that winners are announced at a gala evening in Melbourne.
